Instructions for the Felt Water Cycle Craft

Step 1
Print and cut out the template patterns for the water cycle craft. The template includes patterns for the bases, clouds, raindrops, sun, arrows, mountains, water surface, and trees. Trace the patterns on the selected felt fabrics and cut out the traced patterns using scissors.

Step 2
Place the green cutout on the bottom part of the base cutout.

Step 3
Place the mountain cutout to the left side of the base, above the green part.

Step 4
Place the water surface cutout on the bottom part of the base, aligning the waterfall part between the mountains.

Step 5
Prepare a needle with thread matching the blue water surface. Work running stitches along the border of the water surface cutout.

Step 6
Stitch along the open edges of the water surface to attach it to the base.

Step 7
Place the sun cutouts together.

Step 8
Place the sun pattern on the top-right side of the base. Stitch around the round part of the sun.

Step 9
Place the cloud and the raindrop cutouts on the base, aligned with the sun. Stitch the clouds and the raindrops around their sides.

Step 10
Place the tree patterns on the right side of the base, near the top edge of the green part.

Step 11
Stitch the trees with the base. Stitch the open sides of the mountain.

Step 12
Place the 4 arrows on the base (from the water surface to the sun, from the sun to the cloud next to it, from the left cloud to the raindrops, and from the raindrops to the waterfall between the mountains).

Step 13
Stitch the arrows to the base to complete the craft.
