Instructions for the Papercraft Hedgehog

Step 1
Select colored craft paper for the hedgehog craft. Print and prepare the provided template patterns. The template includes patterns for the head, inner ear parts, top part of nose, blush spots, lower body, spike strips, upper legs, and spike base. Use a pencil to trace the template patterns on the selected craft paper and cut them out nicely.

Step 2
Glue the inner ear cutouts to the ear parts of the head.

Step 3
Glue the head pattern to the top side of the lower body cutout, and glue the upper leg cutouts on both sides of the body.

Step 4
Glue the upper part of the nose on the top, middle part of the head, keeping its pointy edge to the center of the head.

Step 5
Use a black Sharpie to draw the face of the papercraft hedgehog.

Step 6
Take the spike strips and the strip cutouts.

Step 7
Glue the strips around the open side of the base. Keep an even gap between the strips.

Step 8
Glue around the sides and top of the base, leaving the bottom side alone.

Step 9
Hold the open end of a strip and join it to its other end, attached to the base.

Step 10
One by one, glue all the strips like this.

Step 11
Glue the strips neatly and evenly.

Step 12
Glue the papercraft hedgehog pattern on the base, covering the inner, glued parts of the strips. Allow the glue to dry.
