Instructions for Monster Hug Bookmark
Step 1:
Prepare the template patterns and select thick craft papers for this craft. The template includes patterns for the body base, mouth, teeth, arms, legs, horns, and nails. Trace the patterns on the selected craft papers and cut them out nicely.
Step 2:
Attach the leg cutouts on the bottom side of the body base and use a sharpie to add striped or dotted texture to the body base if you like.
Step 3:
Use a sharpie to add texture to the horn cutouts too.
Step 4:
Attach the horn cutouts to the top side of the body base.
Step 5:
Attach the teeth cutouts to the mouth cutout.
Step 6:
Attach the mouth pattern on the body base of your monster hug bookmark, keeping enough space at the top for the googly eyes.
Step 7:
Attach a googly eye or 2 (or 3!) to the body base, above the mouth.
Step 8:
Take the arm cutouts and apply a line of glue along the outer edge of the left and right side of the body base. Attach the arm cutout on the edge, keeping the rest of the arm free from glue.
Step 9:
Similarly, attach the other arm to your monster hug bookmark.
Step 10:
Attach the nail cutouts on the outer edge of the arm cutouts to complete the craft. Allow the glue to dry completely before using the paper monster as a bookmark.
Step 11:
To use it as a bookmark, insert a page or sheet between the arms and the body part of the papercraft monster.
