Our poor trees are completely frozen!
The firebugs are also feeling the cold. It took a while to find them because they are burrowed so deeply in the cracks at the bottom of the tree. They aren’t moving for anything! The kids and I are going to keep checking on them to see if they will move at all when the snow melts, or if they will stay put until spring.
