Patriotic Copywork {Logic of English Style}
The days or weeks leading up to Independence Day are a perfect time to do some patriotic copywork with kids. And I am so excited to be offering you a brand new series of printables! This one can be used any time of year, but it’s an especially good time to use it when you’re preparing to celebrate Independence Day.
After chatting with the Logic of English and their fabulous font designer, we’ve come to the agreement that I can offer YOU this Logic of English style copywork on this blog. Each month, I’ll have a new pack for you in both manuscript and cursive fonts.
If you’re using Logic of English Foundations or the Rhythm of Handwriting, I hope you find these super useful for extra practice with your kids. I just LOVE LOE’s handwriting program! They make teaching letter formation easy by breaking it down into each stroke and giving kids plenty of multi-sensory tools to master each letter.
Now, on to the printable!
This pack contains 15 pages of work for both manuscript and cursive handwriting. It’s a fitting printable to start off with because we all need to be able to read cursive to read the original constitution!
This pack includes:
The Pledge of Allegiance
America the Beautiful
My Country ’tis of Thee
The Star Spangled Banner
The Bill of Rights
The Preamble to the Declaration of Independence
