The Ultimate Blog Party 2013- Welcome to Only Passionate Curiosity!
I am so excited to be participating in the Ultimate Blog Party this year! In a nutshell, this online event is a way for Bloggers to meet other Bloggers, make new friends, and support each other!
My blog, Only Passionate Curiosity, started as a way for me to document our homeschooling journey, and keep up with family. We are a military family and are currently stationed overseas in Germany. It’s the perfect location for me. I love traveling, and experiencing different cultures. We spend as much time as possible traveling around Europe. Every Wednesday, I post wordless posts, often photos from our adventures around Europe. Traveling lead us to homeschooling because it’s hard to explore the world on the school’s calendar.
Since we’ve started homeschooling, doors and windows have flown open for our family. My kids have become best friends. I’ve learned that not only is Bug bright, he’s creative, and loves a challenge. Mr. Man is more than a wiggly preschooler. He’s stubborn, and goofy, and the most sensitive of all my kids. Missy, the youngest, brings joy and runs around making messes while we try to learn.
Over time, this blog has grown too. I use it as a way to support other homeschoolers in finding quality resources for free to keep homeschooling on a budget. I joined the Schoolhouse Review Crew, which allows me the opportunity to see many different homeschool curriculum options. I love to share our finds with my readers, and occasionally do giveaways too!
My blog is a little bit of this, and a little bit of that, but it’s all about our family, our life, and an honest view of our homeschool. I hope you stick around and get to know us better!
