Our Favorite FREE Resources

I’m always on the look out for free resources to help me homeschool the munchkins while staying on a budget. Here are our newest favorites (the sites aren’t new, but they are new to me!) which I added to The Free List today!

The Nature Detectives: This site is based in the UK, so a lot of their printables are specific to the flora and fauna of their region, but the scavenger hunts, fun games, and nature guides are still helpful to anyone doing a nature study! We’ve used these weekly this year with our Nature Connection studies

Ambleside Online Art Prints: I teach art classes, and need high quality art prints to share with the kids. Today, I stumbled upon this yahoo group, which has many beautiful prints already formatted for 8 x 10 PDF’s to print at home yourself. *you have to join the group to get the files- but it is a discussion free “group”

Montessori for Everyone: This page has printables for sorting, sequencing, nomenclature cards, and all sorts of other preschool Montessori-type goodies. They’ve kept my laminator busy the last couple days!

For More Freebies- Check out the Free List to links by grade and subject!
