Wisdom from the Presidents {Cursive Practice Workbook}
I know, I know, you are sick of hearing about the election.
I am sure your kids probably are too. Despite trying to protect them from all of the crazy in today’s world, there is no doubt in my mind that my kids have heard more than their fair share of candidate bashing and scandal from this current election. It’s been ugly- and it has shown a side of America that I am not completely thrilled about.
Our country is better than this. We haven’t always been perfect, but we do have a long history of leaders who, despite their mistakes and weaknesses, really did try and make America a better place.
I created this printable workbook to use with my kids this week while we wait for the election. I wanted them to read the words of the Presidents, and discuss with me what it means to be a good leader. There are 38 quotes in this pack, on a variety of topics. I don’t agree with all of them (after all, not all Presidents had the same policies or share my political views) but all of them have a lesson to teach.
You can get this pack for FREE for being a subscriber (thank you!) until Friday, November 4th. After that date, you can purchase the complete workbook in our store for a small amount.
